Safety and Vinyl Sheet flooring usually provides a sealed surface allowing it to be mopped clean as part of its maintenance routine. Sometimes it's a requirement to run the flooring partially up the wall - this is known as 'cap and cove' or 'coved up stands', on other occasions the requirement may be to utilise 'set in' or 'sit on' PVC skirting.
