Our procedures are designed to ensure a smooth transition while replacing your floor finishes with minimal disruption to your operational environment. Procedures in most cases can be broken into 4 phases:

Here is a list of the most common flooring services we provide with some of the works we undertake:

- Floor screeding using water or latex based cementitious screeds. [we use well known materials from Fballs, Arditex, Levelzone etc for setting a good foundation for fitting various floorcoverings click here for more information on floor screeds ]
- Carpet and Carpet tile fitting – full or partial service from full strip out with the supply of all materials to fitting service only. More often than not we supply everything that’s needed from start to finish, you won’t need to do a thing, however, on occasion some businesses might already have the materials and just need a local competent
professional carpet tile fitting service.
- Floor stripping and removal – if your project requires the existing floor coverings uplifted and disposed of prior to new floors being fitted, we can help here and usually include this as part of our service.
- Subfloor preparation - Preparation is the key here and a good finish relies on a good foundation. In some cases a floor may need patching, perhaps has undulations or requires new ply boarding then feathering so we have a good flat surface to work with.
- Floor levelling [In some scenarios the floor will need building up and markers to work from so that a more level surface can be created; more often than not it’s simply a case of using a self levelling screed to give a good flat surface to work on – we provide flooring services to deal with either event when asked.]
- Contract flooring
- we undertake local, regional and national flooring contracts where the timely completion of floor works is required; with a high quality finish that’s on budget.
- Luxury Tile fitting – for visual impact and one of the most hard wearing hard floor surfaces we supply and fit new Amtic, KarnDean and Camaro vinyl planks and tiles. LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) surface’s provide a beautiful finish that stunning. They are suited to heavy footfall in commercial settings where longevity and aesthetics combine. Luxury Vinyl Tiles can be in stone, wood, synthetic alloy, metallic, marble or composite finishes.
